Receptionist- Kings Head

We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team. With a fantastic development program and internal progression opportunities, Honeycomb Houses offers a great platform for you to build your hospitality career.

As a receptionist you are the primary point of contact with our guests, providing a friendly welcome and highest quality service to every guest that comes into our house. Communicating in a friendly and positive manner and striving to exceed guest expectations.

You will be knowledgeable in all our house facilities, services, packages and local area to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales.

You will confidently operate our hotel booking system to check in/out guests, take reservations and deal with guest enquiries.

Honeycomb Houses is a family run institution born and bred from our parent company, Brakspear, which came to life all the way back in 1779. Our philosophy is simple, we treat colleagues like family, guests as friends and pubs like homes. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly and talented team at The Kings Head.

We pay up to £12.71 an hour, plus tronc which is on average an extra £1.50 an hour. Tips are then additional to tronc.

The King's Head is a 66 bedroom boutique inn located in the heart of Cirencester.
