Temporary Receptionist - Immediate Start Dublin

We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join a fast paced and dynamic organisation based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator looking for an immediate start with an exciting company within the promotions and marketing sector.

Hourly rate: €16/€17p/h

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing
  • Assisting internal teams with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front of house, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
