Receptionist/ Caretaker

Location: National Highways, Woodlands Manton Lane Manton Industrial Estate Bedford MK41 7LW - This role will be based on site.

Salary: £14.12 per hour.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 06:45am - 14:45pm.

BPSS security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional reception service for visitors, contractors and staff.
• Manage visitor sign in procedures and ensure all guests are welcomed appropriately.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Carry out daily building opening procedures, including unlocking the premises and ensuring the site is ready for staff and visitors.
• Complete routine building checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Monitor building systems and report any alerts or faults to the Facilities Management team.
• Raise maintenance requests and assist with tracking progress.
• Support contractors and visitors while they are on site.
• Assist the Facilities Management team with the smooth day to day operation of the building.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.
