Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, highly reputable financial services firm in Newry to recruit a Receptionist & Financial Services Administrator.

The Role

This is a dual role combining front-of-house reception duties with financial services administration support.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, while also supporting advisers with the processing and management of client cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Supporting advisers with new business processing across pensions, investments and mortgages
  • Preparing client documentation, valuations and reports
  • Managing cases through to completion, liaising with providers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
The Person

We're keen to speak with candidates who:

  • Have experience in a reception, administration or customer-facing role
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills and a professional manner
  • Are confident dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Have good IT skills across Microsoft Office
  • Have a genuine interest in financial services (desirable but not essential)
