Receptionist

Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime's, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Loulou's Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:

• 3 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday) 25 hours
• Evening shifts from 4pm- 12pm/1am
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.

What you will do:

• Ensure all members and guests are welcomed professionally, creating a warm and personalised first impression at all times.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail when managing reservations, enquiries, and member requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork by working closely with restaurant colleagues to support efficient service delivery and member satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent understanding of luxury food, beverage and service standards.
• Exceptional communication and member-facing service skills.
