The Writtle Surgery is a well-established village practice at the heart of Writtle, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking aReceptionistto join our dedicated team for three mornings per week.

Duties will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors
• Answering telephone calls and helping with enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Processing patient information accurately and confidentially
• Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks

About the Candidate

To be considered for this position, you will have the following;

• Friendly, approachable and empathetic
• Excellent communicator
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude

Additional Information:

• Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
