Receptionist

To provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service for colleagues, clients, and visitors. This role ensures a positive first impression of the firm and supports the Facilities team in delivering exceptional hospitality and administrative services.

Front-of-House Management

• Welcome visitors and manage reception desk duties, including calls and inquiries.

Hospitality Support

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.
• Arrange catering and monitor refreshment supplies.

Administrative Support

• Handle general admin tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Manage mail, courier services, and visitor logs securely.

Facilities Support

• Work closely with the Facilities team for smooth operations.
• Provide ad hoc support for events and projects.

About You

You'll be a confident and professional individual with experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within a professional services environment. You take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to colleagues, clients, and visitors.

Highly organized and proactive, you'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, from coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality to handling calls and maintaining security protocols. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
