Receptionist Radstone Hotel Full-time

We are looking for a Receptionist at the Radstone Hotel. As the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome is essential. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up selling, and answering any guest queries, both face to face and over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests, creating an exceptional first impression at reception.
• Handling telephone enquiries from prospective customers and guests, taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt communication.
• Managing the hotel booking system, including guest check ins, check outs, reservations, and payment processing.
• Working closely with managers and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations and provide a seamless guest experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service and responding efficiently to guest needs and requests.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional and well presented appearance at all times.
• Strong IT and administrative skills, with confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence is desirable but not essential.
