Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Scarborough practice, 93 North Marine Road, Scarborough, YO12 7HT. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

Working pattern:
Tuesday 08:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 08:00am - 4:00pm
2 x Saturdays per month 9:00am - 1:00pm
As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

Our practice offers a supportive and experienced team, convenient location, close for transport links, and parking is available.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone
• Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
• Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
• Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
