The Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and engaging approach
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth guest journey

About You

• Previous experience in a Reception or guest-facing role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using hotel systems (or willing to learn)
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
