Job Description
Receptionist 
Duration: 6 months (flexible to extend)
Location: Central London
Hours: Full time (5 days per week)
We're looking for a Receptionist to be the face of our office. You will manage our reception area, greet and host all visitors, support frequent company events, and ensure our guests have a smooth and memorable experience. You will work together with our Office Manager supporting the wider company with administrative and coordination tasks that help the office run efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, from candidates to clients to partners.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming, organized.
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, and ensure everyone is well taken care of throughout their visit.
- Coordinate meeting room preparations, refreshments, and visitor logistics.
- Assist with the setup and coordination of frequent in-office events, meetings, and company gatherings.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Making sure it's clean, well kept and orderly.
- Support with ordering supplies, preparing spaces, and maintaining a high standard across the office.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, documentation, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Help maintain office systems and processes that support efficiency and a great on-site experience.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires visiting or joining the Stockholm office.
- Experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative role (fast-growth or high-traffic environments preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English
- Reliable and organized: you bring structure, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-visitor environment with many parallel activities.
- A strong communicator who handles both internal and external interactions confidently.
- Collaborative and positive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
