D3 Collective have just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London and we're looking for an experienced, energetic Receptionist to join the Team.

Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves guests a menu focused on exceptional British produce.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Receptionist to join our Front of House family, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and enjoys an unforgettable experience with flawless, friendly service.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant.
• Excellent phone manners, polished appearance, and a polite, professional attitude.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong team player with problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Always guest-focused, ensuring top-tier hospitality.
• Familiarity with Open Table system is a plus (but not required).
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
