Job Description
Job Overview

You will be required to cover sickness and absence. The service is open daily 8am to 8pm including Bank Holidays, and weekends, and shifts are allocated according to service needs.

The post holder will provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of the work environment. Work with colleagues in establishing and maintaining administrative procedures to promote patient satisfaction, respecting the confidential nature of information relating to the Trust, its staff and patients. To participate in training and development programmes both internal and externally. Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.

Positions
  • Two part time positions across the 4 Liverpool Sites: City Walk In, Smithdown Walk In, Garston UTC and Old Swan UTC.
  • Positions are 16 hours and 22.5 hours.
Job Responsibilities
  • Cover sickness and absence.
  • Provide reception and administrative duties.
  • Establish and maintain administrative procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programmes.
  • Ensure delivery of the quality strategy in the designated area, incorporating systems and processes.
  • Work across all sites as required.
Qualifications
  • Excellent inter personal skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work schedule.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Excellent telephone manner and respect for confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work across all sites as required.
  • Previous experience is desirable.
