Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team. You will oversee daily reception operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and support the Reception Manager in maintaining high standards across all guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the reception team during shifts
  • Ensure a warm, professional welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor reservations, room allocations, and occupancy levels
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are up to date
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a high level of presentation at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, ideally at supervisory level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
