Overview

• An Amazing opportunity to join the Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as a Spa Receptionist.
• The role of Spa Receptionist is to be the first point of contact when guests enter the Spa. You will welcome them warmly, complete any pre-treatment administration and ensure that they have everything they need to fully enjoy their experience in the spa.
• This role also includes Opening and Closing Procedures when on duty.
• You will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels to The Spa Manager.
• You will be able to confidently promote and sell all services within The Spa Centre maximising sales potential.
• You should be able to answer any questions that guests have about the treatments or service available in the Spa.

About you

• Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
• You should have excellent communication skills and a warm and polite telephone manner.
• Understands the value of teamwork and collaborates well with other departments.
