What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel; you'll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and perform general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Have worked in a customer facing role
• Conflict resolution experience
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong time management and organisational skills
