Job Overview

Join our team as a Receptionist at De Vere Wokefield Estate and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded. In return you will receive £13 per hour plus excellent benefits including free meals on duty, £50 staff stays with De Vere Hotels and free use of our leisure facilities.

Work Hours

This is a full time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including early shifts (7:00 3:30pm), late shifts (2 30pm), and middle shifts (10:00 6:30pm). Shift patterns are rota based and include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Punctuality and good personal presentation.
• Proficiency in using IT software; familiarity with Opera is advantageous (training provided if needed).
