Job Description
Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact within the home, offering professional, high-quality customer service and a range of administrative services.

  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirectting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
  • Complete reception related administration, maintain databases and provide administrative assistance to the General Manager.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met.

Shift details: 08:00 - 18:00

Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home and to provide a range of administrative services.
