Key Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued while providing them with all the essential information they need for an enjoyable stay.
• Handle the arrivals and departure process smoothly and accurately, adhering to hotel policies and ensuring all billing and payment transactions are completed correctly.
• Stay informed of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Demonstrate expertise in the hotel's services, promotions, and nearby attractions, offering tailored recommendations to enhance guest experiences and drive the hotel revenue.
