Receptionist

We are looking for a client-oriented, flexible, and motivated person to join the team of one of our clients as a receptionist starting April 1st. The mission is limited to 3 months, with the possibility of extension. You can make a difference.Welcome visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism. Manage the reception and meeting room phone system. Ensure cleanliness and order in the reception area. Respect safety and confidentiality guidelines. Manage emergencies or incidents according to current protocols.What characterizes you: You have professional experience in a similar role, are fluent in French (required), and have strong knowledge of English; any other language is a plus. You have good skills in the Office suite tools (Teams, Word, Outlook, etc.). You demonstrate excellent organizational and discreet skills, have a neat appearance, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. You show composure and responsiveness.
