CARMONDEAN MEDICAL GROUP PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN STAFF 25 hours per week 1.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday Rate of pay - £14.22/hour

We are a busy Training General Practice with a list size of c10000 patients, 4 GP Partners and 4 Salaried GPs - We are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our Practice Team - to provide high quality support in the daily running of the Practice as an individual and a team player. To undertake all reception/admin duties required to maintain the smooth running of the Practice - a flexible approach to working hours is an essential part of the job to ensure adequate cover is provided to meet the needs of the Practice when other colleagues are on annual/study leave and unplanned absences.

The successful candidate will have a professional approach, a friendly and helpful manner and be hard working and efficient.

• Very good and accurate skills in written and verbal communication and computers are essential.
• Previous medical experience is not essential as in-house training will be provided.
• Making appointments for patients, face to face and over the telephone
• Processing prescription requests
• Scanning documents into patient's records
• Conveying test results to patients
• Taking accurate triage messages
