This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Receptionist at a Barchester care home. As the first point of contact for almost everyone who comes to the home, you'll have a vitally important part to play in creating a positive and friendly environment. The role of Receptionist is very varied, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around.

No formal qualifications are required but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.

Person Specification Qualifications- No formal qualifications are required, but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
