Reception Team Leader

Reception Team Leader - Guildford Nuffield Hospital. Permanent, full time, up to £32,000 depending on experience, 37.5 hours per week.

• Lead initiatives to improve and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Manage and support the Reception team on a day to day basis.
• Ensure all patients are registered accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee telephone enquiries through the main switchboard.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure Front of House processes are followed consistently and professionally.
• Support the development and performance of the Reception team.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and patient focused environment.
