A welcoming and supportive primary school in Didcot are seeking a Reception Teacher to join their team from after Easter 2026. This role offers the potential for a TLR with a specific focus on EYFS leadership, making it ideal for a passionate practitioner who is confident in both classroom teaching and Early Years development.

• Take full responsibility for a Reception class, planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support the development of EYFS practice across the setting, working closely with senior leaders and Early Years staff to raise standards, support staff development and ensure high-quality provision for all pupils.
