Full-Time Position - Until the end of this Academic year (with a possible Permanent opportunity in September 2027)
London Fringe MPS Salary: £35,602 - £48,479

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from 4th January. This is a full-time role continuing until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will teach a Reception class of 14 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant, within a nurturing and well-resourced Early Years environment. The school is centrally located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, with a supportive leadership team and a strong community ethos.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS and have experience teaching in Early Years (Reception desirable)
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the class TA and wider EYFS team
• Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
