Reception Teacher - Preston

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Reception class and contribute to a highly collaborative and supportive team.Your new role

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment that supports early development and curiosity.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and wider agencies to support each child's progress.
• Accurately track pupil development and contribute to whole-team planning.
• Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Early Years, ideally in a Reception setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood pedagogy.
• A caring, enthusiastic teaching style with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding early learning experiences.
