• As a reception supervisor, you will oversee the reception activities between the guest and the various hotel departments
• A reception supervisor is responsible for supervising the first impressions of our guests, ensuring service is delivered consistently at a high standard
• Ensuring your team have a current knowledge of the hotel products, services, promotions and daily VIP/special events
• Maximise sales revenue through up-selling
• Manage guest requests efficiently whilst exceeding guest expectations
