Reception Supervisor

We are recruiting for an enthusiast Reception Supervisor to join the team at Ashford Castle.

Key Responsibilities of a Reception Supervisor:

• Supervising the Front Office team in day to day tasks
• Checking guests in and out in accordance with hotel standards
• Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
• Support the reservations team in completion of reservations as required.
• Operate computerised system for reservations, arrivals and departures ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• To provide the Guest, at all times, with the highest level of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor in a hotel or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Positive attitude towards training, development, and teamwork
• Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively.
• Flexibility with the shifts and rosters, and understand that hospitality team members work through all Public Holidays.
