Reception, Retail & Sports Operations Lead

Forbes of Kingennie invites applications for a Reception & Retail Manager to lead front-of-house, retail facilities and the sports department at our luxury countryside resort in Scotland.

You will manage guest check-in/out, reservations, and bookings, while driving occupancy, upselling opportunities and retail performance. Leadership of a multi-department team and collaboration with other resort functions are essential.
