Employing nearly and the Department of constitutes a medical hub focused on the elderly, spread across 5 sites: Trois-Chêne, Loëx, Bellerive, Beau-Séjour, and it handles acute cases, notably through the emergency and intermediate care of the Hôpital des Trois-Chênes, acute units including some focused on musculoskeletal, cardiological, neurological, and oncological syndromes, and long-term care units. It also includes a community care service, a liaison unit, and the Memory Center.Receptionist - Weekend Worker - 25%The Department of is looking for its future receptionist for this position; you will be responsible for providing the public and staff with a courteous, personalized, and competent welcome, both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone. Your dynamism, service orientation, and respect for confidentiality are qualities already recognized. You will inform, guide, and even accompany anyone presenting themselves at the receptions, and you will collaborate with other services involved in the reception chain (admissions, care units, centers, etc.). You are capable of working autonomously while demonstrating solidarity and conducting all admission formalities for hospitalized patients, ensuring adherence to institutional procedures. To do this, you rely on your very good sense of respecting procedures and managing priorities and contribute to the monitoring and safety of the establishment. You work mainly on weekends, public holidays, and in the evenings (until you are pursuing higher studies and possess a very good command of the French language (another language is an asset), you are comfortable in hospital environments, and you are perfectly at ease with tools and being autonomous. You enjoy working as part of a team and have a strong sense of service.
