Recently qualified to 5 years part 3 Architects

Overview

Our client is a large practice based in east London, composed of Architects and Masterplanners that specialise in placemaking. They are seeking Architects ranging from freshly qualified to a maximum of 5 years post Part 3, ideally with good experience across all stages. The role focuses on earlier stages but later-stage needs will be increased shortly. Candidates will be able to produce detailed planning, layouts, strong elevation designs, and understand how a building is put together.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects across lower and medium density schemes (suburban neighbourhoods, semi-detached houses, up to 10 storey apartment buildings) or on town regeneration projects, including new urban quarters in London.
• Demonstrate strength in layouts, designing, and regulations; contribute to detailed planning and elevations; coordinate as needed with project teams.
• Utilise Revit (AutoCAD also acceptable) to develop design proposals and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Architects at freshly qualified level to a maximum of 5 years post Part 3 experience.
• Experience across all design stages is preferred; strong ability to work on multiple project scales.

Working Arrangements

This is an office-based role with a work-from-home day offered when needed. Flexible start/finish times are provided around the core hours of 10:00-16:00.
