The role:

In this entry-level position, you'll play a crucial role in linking high-caliber professionals with the industry's most innovative companies across Med-Tech, BioTech, AI, and Medical Devices. You'll own the entire recruitment process, building relationships and mastering the market to make strategic, high-impact placements. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed and grow into a confident, high-performing sales rockstar.


What you'll do:

  • Drive business development: lead in mapping out high-value markets, identifying potential partners, and creating strong alliances within Life Sciences.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and beyond.
  • Own the brand: as an entrepreneurial leader within Panda, you'll develop a recognized personal brand in your niche, embodying trust and expertise.
  • Shape partnerships: act as a trusted advisor, strategizing with clients and candidates to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • 31.6k - 33k base salary + uncapped commission (no threshold) - Top performers OTE: 150-180k

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Languages: fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus. Not a must.
  • Skills: strong commercial acumen, powerful communication, and the inner will to be the owner of your own success.
