Real Estate Solicitor

Our client, one of Ireland's leading law firms are seeking associates to join their real estate team in Dublin.

The role will involve advising domestic and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of all types of interests in commercial and residential real estate from property portfolios. As well as advising investors and developers on the acquisition, development and disposal of residential multi-family/PRS/BTR schemes and providing ongoing advice to landlords and asset managers on residential landlord and tenant law.

They will consider any candidates from 2-4 PQE, who have experience working in a real estate team within a recognised firm.
