Real Estate Solicitor - Top Irish Firm (Cork)

Our client, a leading Irish law firm is looking to grow their commercial property/real estate team in their growing Cork office.

As a member of their Real Estate team, you will advise lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate investment and finance transactions. Support the large scale acquisition of properties compulsorily acquired by state agencies for the delivery of State Infrastructure projects, advise on landlord and tenant matters across all asset classes, with a particular focus on industrial and office lettings.

Solicitors with at least 1 year PQE in real estate or commercial property are encouraged to apply.
