This role is perfect for a proactive and driven individual, eager to play a key role in managing real estate assets and capital projects within a busy Operations team.

Real Estate Planner Responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and management of office spaces
• Maintain a lease event diary to ensure effective planning and decision-making
• Work closely with senior leadership and external parties to support real estate strategy
• Manage supplier relationships, oversee budgets, and ensure the smooth delivery of capital projects
• Act as an escalation point for property-related issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
• Must be willing to travel
• Proven experience in managing property portfolios, facilities planning, and capital projects
• Skilled in budget management and data analysis
• Ability to balance operational needs with long-term goals
