HR Manager in Real Estate H/F For our client based in Geneva, we are offering a position as: HR Manager in the real estate sector For a permanent position at 80%-100% available HR Real Estate H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION • 360 HR management: onboarding, offboarding, management of absences (sickness, accidents, vacation) • and follow-up of Swiss social insurances (AVS, LPP, LAA, IJM) • payroll and management of variable elements (hours, bonuses) • Control and payroll-related elements • Follow-up with accounting PROFILE CFC in commercial employee or equivalent qualifications • Previous experience in a similar position in Switzerland of at least 3 years, experience as a personnel management assistant preferred • Excellent writing skills and oral communication • Ability to manage conflicts and stress • Very autonomous person with a strong sense of responsibility • Perfect mastery of Quorum tools (a plus) jid9d593c9aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
