Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Overview

This national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor in Birmingham to advise on high profile, complex real estate finance transactions for a diverse client base. The role will involve managing a broad caseload and working closely with the Head of Department during a period of team expansion.

Role

As the Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor you will advise banks, funds, corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of financing transactions, both international and national. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on transactions from both the lender and borrower sides
• Managing sophisticated client relationships
• Providing high quality, timely legal advice on complex financing matters
• Compensation: £80,000 £100,000 per annum, depending on experience

Candidate

Required:

• Minimum 8 years PQE handling your own caseload of real estate finance matters
• Strong technical expertise in real estate finance law
• Experience on the lender or borrower side of transactions
• Proven business development skills and ability to contribute to practice growth
