Job Description

You'll be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate finance matters, including:

• Investment and development finance
• Senior/mezzanine secured lending
• Investment-grade borrowing
• REO and NPL transactions
• You'll act as lead lawyer on deals, manage junior team members, and work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm's European network.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer with strong post-qualification experience in real estate finance
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
• Commercially astute with a deep understanding of the real estate finance market
• Experience managing junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Collaborative, proactive and client-focused
