Real Estate Finance Lawyer (3-5 PQE) - Growth & Cross-Border

The London office of Lipson Lloyd-Jones is seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join the Debt Finance practice within the Finance group. This role focuses on upper mid-market transactions and offers opportunities to broaden skills across teams within Debt Finance.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 PQE, be City-trained, and able to handle both borrower and lender side work, including cross-border matters for banks, sponsors, and corporates.
