Real Estate Finance Counsel - Cross-Border Capital Markets

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to be based in our London office. The role provides legal and execution support to transactional deal teams with a focus on capital markets activity across the UK, Europe and Australia.

You will manage deal processes, negotiate documentation and partner with legal, capital markets, asset management, finance and external counsel to deliver practical, commercial solutions in a fast-paced cross-border environment.
