Seeking a Senior Lettings Agent for my client based in Dublin 1.

The Role

• Managing enquiries and arranging / conducting property viewings
• Qualifying potential tenants and matching them to suitable properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage the lettings process through to successful completion
• Provide a quality customer service to landlords
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Who are you:

• Previous experience in residential lettings or property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident, professional approach with clients and customers
• A commercial mindset and genuine interest in property
