Property Accounting Manager - Neuchâtel On behalf of a player managing a diversified real estate portfolio (commercial, offices, and residential), we are looking for a Property Accounting Manager who will be responsible for the financial management of a predominantly commercial portfolio, with a high level of autonomy and close collaboration with mission managers:- Independent management of complete accounting for a portfolio of buildings, mainly commercial- Accounting oversight of properties: data entry, periodic closings, and annual closures- Preparation of charge statements, including in complex environments- Management of the specifics of commercial leases- Budgeting for properties and variance analysis- Production of financial reporting- Close collaboration with property managers and contribution to processes Profile sought: - Solid experience in property accounting, ideally in management, real estate funds, or institutions- CFC commercial employee with experience in accounting; federal certificate is a plus- Excellent mastery of property accounting and charge statements- Experience with commercial leases and complex charge structures appreciated- Good mastery of tools, ideally SAP RE-FX- Fluent in French; German is a plus Our offer: - A key role in the financial management of a real estate portfolio- Stable environment within a long-term vision- Experienced real estate team and mobile, flexible work- Conditions: pension fund, social benefits above market standards- Group benefits and 5 weeks of vacationDoes this position match your profile?
