We look forward to your personal contribution.Real Estate AccountantYour Missions:- Accounting supervision of one or several management groups- Establishment of interim and annual accounts (balances and profit and loss statements) for properties and owners- Management and control of ancillary cost statements- Execution of reversals, transitional entries in balances, profit and loss accounts, debit corrections with the managers- Support and advice to managers upon the arrival of new clients, including the entry of the opening balance- Preparation of reports for the EPS accounts and liaison accounts as well as financial accountingYour Profile:- Federal Certificate of Competence as a real estate accounting specialist, fiduciary, or equivalent professional experience- Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance/closing, preferably in real estate accounting- Knowledge of tenancy law- Experience in preparing balances/profit and loss accounts- Numerical skills, affinity for a digital working mode, and openness to change- Knowledge of the G-REM X environment is desirable- French language, knowledge of German is an asset- Reliability, team spirit, and good stress resistance- Independent, precise, reliable work style, and orientation towards internal courses and management courses in our Livit Academy- Financial support and/or flexible working hours for external specialists and access to electronic learning resources for online language courses- Individual career plan and growth prospects- Home/Mobile Office- Bonus based on company performance and personal performance- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility to purchase up to 10 additional vacation days- Enhanced pension provision: Insurance premiums for daily allowances and accident insurance are fully covered- Days offLivit Family Process:We love real estate and engage enthusiastically with the value of our clients' properties.
