Reachtruck driver Uniekaas

Wat je gaat doen We are looking for an experienced and certified reach truck driver for the Logistics/Expedition department. You will be responsible for transporting pallets from the packaging department to the storage area. These pallets are then safely placed by you into racks up to 7 levels high.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Transport and organize finished pallets to the correct storage location
• Restack goods on pallets while checking for visual defects and ensuring proper stacking
• Keep the work area clean and charge the electric pallet truck
• Store incoming goods in the designated warehouse locations
• Perform internal transport tasks as requested by the team leader or department head
• Conduct basic maintenance on the reach truck and report any technical issues

Working hours depend on your preference - day shift or 2-shift system:

• Day shift: 08:00 - 17:00

2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00

• A gross hourly wage of €16.37 (from age 18 and older)
• 30% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00 (in 2-shift schedule)

Functie-eisen

• In possession of a valid reach truck certificate
• Proven experience operating a reach truck (driving test is part of the selection process)
• Willing to work in day shift or 2-shift schedule
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
• Responsible, accurate, and safety-conscious

Over het bedrijf Uniekaas, founded in 1956, is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands and has been based in Kaatsheuvel since 2009. All cheeses are stored, aged, and processed on-site, following traditional Gouda methods and their own unique recipe. Uniekaas is part of the DMK Group.

You'll be working on the logistics team, where the cheeses are stored before heading into production. If the intake goes well, you'll be invited for a driving test. Pass that, and you can start right away!

The location is easily accessible by car from Tilburg, Dongen, Breda, Den Bosch, Waalwijk, and Oosterhout.
