Reach Truck Operator

As a reach truck operator via Staffice, you'll join a buzzing warehouse near Schiphol where every day brings something new. From unloading incoming goods to navigating high racks like a pro - your skills keep everything flowing.

You'll alternate weekly between morning (06:00-15:30) and evening (14:30-23:00) shifts. That means one week early starts and early finishes, the next week some extra sleep and your mornings free. It's a steady rhythm - and you always know where you stand.

Since this is a high-security site, you'll need to qualify for a VGB (Certificate of No Objection). That means you must have lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for the past 7 years. No stress - we'll guide you through the process.

Your daily vibe

• Operating a reach truck to lift, move, and place goods
• Unloading deliveries and storing goods with precision
• Keeping track of inventory using scanners and warehouse software
• Restocking and organizing storage racks
• Supporting your team with order picking and dispatch
• Following all safety procedures - and helping your team do the same
• Staying active and alert all shift long

What we need from you

• A valid reach truck certificate (no exceptions)
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment
• Able to work both shifts on a rotating basis (morning + evening)
• Own transportation - public transit won't get you here
• Physically fit, alert, and steady under pressure
• 7 years of continuous residence in an EU, EEA, or NATO country (VGB requirement)
• Positive energy, team spirit, and a strong work ethic
