Job Description
Reach Truck Driver - Warehouse & Co-Pack

Location: Knowsley, Liverpool (L11)

Pay Rates:
  • Rotating Shift weekly (Monday to Friday): 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm - £13.00 per hour
  • Night Shift (Monday to Friday): 10:00pm-6:00am - £14.00 per hour

We're looking for experienced and reliable Reach Truck Drivers to join our busy warehouse and co-pack operation in Knowsley. If you're safety-focused, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with Monday to Friday shifts and competitive rates of pay.

The Role
  • Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
  • Loading, unloading, moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
  • Picking and replenishing stock accurately.
  • Supplying production and co-pack lines with materials.
  • Assisting with co-packing duties, including packing, labelling, repacking and quality checks when required.
  • Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.
  • Maintaining accurate stock locations and good housekeeping standards.
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory control.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.
What we're looking for:
  • A valid Reach Truck licence/certificate.
  • Minimum 6 months' Reach Truck experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Experience within co-pack, production or logistics is desirable.
  • Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work overtime when required.
Physical Requirements

This is an active role and will involve:

  • Manual handling within safe working guidelines.
  • Standing and walking for long periods.
  • Working in a busy warehouse environment.
Successful candidates will be required to:
  • Complete a pre-employment assessment.
  • Provide proof of their Right to Work in the UK.
  • Undergo drug and alcohol testing as part of the company's commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Random drug and alcohol testing may also be carried out during employment in accordance with company policy.
