RE Securitisation Lawyer

We're working with a silver circle law firm who are seeking a securitisation or structured finance lawyer to provide interim support during a period of parental leave and increased workload. You'll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactional matters and document management.

Key responsibilities:

• Support on structured finance and securitisation transactions
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Provide legal input on real estate finance matters where relevant

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
• Have a strong background in structured finance or securitisation; real estate finance experience also considered
• Have ideally trained at a Magic Circle or top-tier firm
• Be comfortable working on mid to senior-level matters
• Be available to start immediately and commit through the end of the year
