Rapid Rehousing & Void Property Readiness Operative

Oxford City Council is seeking a committed team member to join the Placement and Procurement Team, part of the wider Rapid Rehousing Team, to ensure void properties are ready to relet quickly to a consistent standard and to respond to changing priorities in Housing Needs.

The role requires collaboration with colleagues across the department to support homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing and excellent customer outcomes.
