Rail: Sentinel Coordinator

Enviroclean is looking for a highly organised and proactive Rail Sentinel Coordinator to join our team.

In this key role, you'll help ensure our rail workforce remains compliant, competent, and ready for deployment by managing Sentinel records, coordinating training, monitoring certifications, and supporting workforce planning.

• Managing Sentinel records and competency updates
• Coordinating training, medicals, and recertifications
• Monitoring compliance requirements and expiry dates
• Producing workforce competency reports
• Supporting rail recruitment and onboarding activities
• Working with Network Rail, training providers, and operational teams

• Strong administration or coordination experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
