Rail Production Manager - Maintenance & Safety

Alstom in Derby is recruiting a Production Manager to lead production operations in a rail manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, compliant and on-time delivery of trains.

You will manage maintenance teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role is 37 hours per week with alternating shifts, paying PAYE £28.05-£30.14 per hour, with weekend overtime available at enhanced rates.
